It may not be convenient to explain the whole process here, but you can go to the webpages like www.answers.com, www.wikipedia.com and search for the query and also keep on reading newspapers and periodic magazines like business today, outlook money, money today,etc....
Also you can go to NCFM site and download the modules for various subjects, that too are elaborative and helpful.
