normally it is ok,but during the panic situation,the stoploss is not executed and signals like service is not available,resources not available etc are exibited thereby incurring huge losses and no response is seen from icici direct.com

I Was Holding 4-(four) Position In Future Derivatives . Due To Unexpected Fall Of Sensex ,though I Have Kept Enough Margin & In Lieu Of Bloked My Account Due To Loss Of Password .i Could Not Modify Allocation .they Squared Off All Four Position For Short Of Margin Of Total Ten Thousands Rupees Only Without My Concern .which On Latter Part Of Trade Came To My Purchase Price.my Point Is That They Should Have Informed Me Or Could Have Squred Off One By One As Margin Short Fall.

I am surprised that IL & FS is not included in the list - they provide one of the best online trading facility and the dealing / rates etc are also very good. But their trading calls are mediocre -
