I have bid for central bank ipo but not got any of its share .Now as per my broker i have not recieved my money back where should i call or ask for please help me out

If the shares are NOT allotted to u then it should have been credited back to your bank account (connected to ur trading account) within 2-3 days and a folio or reciept of the refund should reach your address within a week.

If it doesn't happen then its the responsibility of your broker to probe into the matter, they will take any neccessary action, its their duty.
