market is up, but my stock are down

Hello frnds...
Am a long term investor and I have 2500 Wire & Wireless @52, 45 and 38 wts the future of this stock...shud i hold it ar sell it also i have Unichem lab 250 shares @ 221, its even the same since last one month...last but not the least i have Omaxe 200 shares @270, shud i still hold it, or sell it???
kindly do let me knw wt shud i do with these stocks, as market is up these days but these stocks r just moving around the same prices...
