there is no special reason for this counter...for not buzzing....
fundamentally it has good background...and it is one among the IPO's which got beating in the real estate correction from jan-mar 2007. even though it has decent listing.....
but the thing here is it is new to stock market...and it did not have good record of momentum as unitech has ..... so temporarily ...it may underperform(price wise).....but is very good pic for long term...
compared to unitech ..and some biggies in the reality sector ...it is being ignored for short while......
like we can say the comparision between infosys and satyam....
which is best stock to invest....?????
even though satyam is very good fundamentally......long term investors tend to invest in infosys.......the same is working here also.....
coming to PE ratio ....as per my view some times fundamentals does not work with markets....coming to fundamentally good company like TISCO....it is an index based company,it is from TATA group...and like this so many factors are there ...and having PE of 6....but why is it under valued....its noting but market centiments...thats alll...
i think i am very much clear ....
if ur a long term investor....please hold on..
if ur a short term investor .... get out of it and invest in unitech...
