Buy NOCIL, its dark horse in future...recently it has made an arrangement with RIL for marketing its all its petro/chem products and in return RIL will buy about 49 % stake.NOCIL will be represented by RIL director.

So dont loose chance and grabs NOCIL at RS.23-24
