Hi
I am interested in dividend paying stocks for long term (30-40 years) which can serve as a regular source of income in terms of dividend payouts.
Can anybody give suggestions.Please also suggest the right price level at which dividend yield will be maximum.

30-40 years is a longtime.Even if you are longterm investors,think of next 8-10 years at the moment and think over your investment after this time and you will know which company is doing well and plan further.In that case invest in Mid /small cap companies as in that much time,many of these companies will be large cap.At present I can think of allied digital,Mindtree,
3i infotech,first source,Selan exploration,Yes bank and TT(M)L.
Please others also suggest as I am also a longterm investor.

Would like to know what is your take on Mind Tree Consultants. Could it be bought in the present scenario for long term 2-3 yrs. How do you rate Adani Export. It is appreciating very fast.

Can you advice as what I should remove or add into this list.I am long term investor (10 years or may be more ) but would like to evaluate the stocks progress every 3 years and then decide whetehr to hold further or replace.
