Dear

value of RPL will increase after its first operationalization of project by Dec 2008.If you can wait for atleast 1 yr, this can give you 70-80% in anum.

Whereas in case of RNRL, it will continiouly sustain their interest in market and give a nominal profit of atleast 30-50% in anum.

Both are very good ones.

regards,
kulbhushan
