Facor Alloys

Recently I found on moneycontrol that Facor alloys has posted good PAT numbers of Q2 Profit of 14 Crores Vs Annual profit of 13 Crores for 2006-07 which is 4 times higher than previous year.

So EPS is Rs. 3.1. Now at conservative PE of 10 it gives a target of at least 3.1 x 10 = 31 Rs. in next Quarter as Ferro Alloy companies are earning good profits in Nov & Dec both due to higher product price (Increase of 8% from 52 Rs to 56 Rs. in Nov).

Any comment from experienced people & technical analysts.
