Future prospects of Larsen & Toubro

Sometimes It is discussed that L & T is likely to disintigrate its multiple business verticals into seperate independent units.If so, it will immensely unlock and create shareholder value.Has anyone any idea about it and future prospects of L & T ?

Dear mr. jain...

Some months back, PSU/commerce minister announced that they see larson and toubro to be a business associates/partner of BHEL..and will worktogather hand on hand...

Both company, bhel and larsen has order book of about rs.50000/75000 crore
each. and everyday one among them wins contracts..

BHEL being PSU unit some time gives us doubts whether they fulfill contracts in times...looking to all senario future of larsen is excellent and will be darkhorse in time to come...

i dont see in near larsen would reshuffle its business operation unlike reliance which is known for this type of practice..

any views....comments input please ???????????
