Hi Team,

I purchased 5000sh of Blue Chip, calcutta based finance co. @4.5/. The stock was in upper circuit for 10 days and touched 6.15/- on tuesday, I thought of selling on Thursday - since Infy result is scheduled on Friday - so the market may face negative trend. But it went on lower circuit the same day resulting in 3.8/-.

The co. has announced to issue 2cr. shares @4.75/ to two different co.s and the EGM is scheduled on Feb5th.

Plase guide me.
