Question budget

dear friends
this is last budget of upa govt so it would be political budget rather than market friendly budget.
being last budget and forthcoming election in many states in next couple of months, govt. try to control inflation.despites of that the fact that us federal cuts interest rate twice in just 30 days by about 0.75 to 1 %, RBI did not reduced interest rate on govt. pressure.
so dont hope any any this from FM from budget.
