I had purchased 30 walchandnagar industries shares at@750/ before split. what are the prospects of the company .Whether i should hold or sell

I read somebody giving out a call on this stock as
buy 412
stoploss 394 (closing)
target (1) 495
(2) 540-545
(3) 574-579
within a one month

But I'm not satisfied as u can see this stock is stable or very less variation for the last one month ..... Also there is a news that Walchandnagar Industries has reportedly inked a deal with US-based peer Foster Wheeler to get know-how for making high-pressure industrial and utility boilers. So no wonder if it achieves this target ....
But on the whole I'm not very much bullish on this market.... a big fall is around the corner... may be today ????... who knows.
