Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2008, inter alia, has proposed & approved the following:

1. A dividend of 20.00% is proposed subject to the approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be held on September 29, 2008.

Jupiter Bio is at a 52-wk low of 95 as of today. There is a very good chance that this stock is headed downwards to 88, 75, or even 63.
