Question Teledata...Wealth Creator or Under Performer

the latest about the company is.. it emerged as 6th largest IT company of india..according to FY07 year end results.... if that is true?? then i think it is very under valued at present levels..
i need a clarification ???
and from other sources i heard that it going to touch 180-200 levels...before end of nex quarter!!!!!!!...
how far iit is credible....????
