V-Guard IPO Any Views ?

Dear Friends,

I'm a new investor in the stock market. Just wanted to seek your valuable opinion about the V-Guard IPO. How good is this stock and What is the likely list price ?

If one decides to subscribe, would it be advisable to bid in the lower band or th higher band ?

Any advice shall be highly appreciated.
