I am bullish on these two scrips- 1.TATAMETALIK- now available @137 with p/e-11 and EPS-13. In q1june 07 it has given good results with EPS-6.7. SO estimdated EPS for fy08 is 25+ due to its expansion plan. so the target for this stock by last quarter march08 is-250-290.
2. parsvnath- in realty and construction many stocks are trading at 40+ PE while it is on 26 with EPS 14. ESTIMATED EPS for FY08 is 30+ so the target is 700 by march 08. STRONG BUY AT THIS LEVEL AND IN DIPS. REPLY WITH YOUR OPINION.

Will Parswanath Dev. Zoom In 8 Months To 700 Levels. I Doubt Very Much For 2 Reasons.

1st- Dlf & Unitech Are There For Competition
2nd - The Reality Sector Stock Have Gone Up Too High That The Correction Should Be Emminent.
3rd - Even Omaxe & Emaar Mgf Are Coming To The Market, So Competition Always Increases.

Inspite Of The Above Mentioned Reasons, You People Still Persist That Parswanath Dev Will Reach 700 Levels, It Is Quite Unbelievable.

We Will Wait & See, Gents. Surely I Will Miss If At All Parswanath Zooms.

Anyway Thanks I Will Keep A Watch On It.

dear mjj, PARSVNATH is of fv-10 rs while unitech and dlf of rs.2, parsvnath has smaller equity than both and in bse realty index its also have heavy weight after them. In the market m&m has gave much than tatamotor, thermax gave much more than LT, and so many. enjoy.
