Hi All,
well the markets ave given their verdict. They are clearly in the bear mode now. No amount of rally is going to save them. There will surely be welcome rallies but going into February one has to have a short prespective is all i can say. I myself am going to go short tomorrow if i geta signal on hourly charts i will surely post them when i take any of them. Take care, and though i know nobody is peacefully settled now. Try to maintain peace. happy trading.

when is the market going to bounce back??

Hi anish,
The rally today is highly desirous. I am writing with a short prespective. Towards the end of the day there was selling seen in some scrips but this has not amounted to a sell signal on my systems. This means that there is further juice left in this rally. How long it lasts is anybodies guess. My experience tells me that two things can happen. 1) It will suddenly collapse and there will be bloodbath let loose on the exchange 2) it will meander at higher levels and flatter only to decieve. My personal thinking is that it is the second that is bound to happen. Buying now cant be undertaken unless a selling signal fails. As yet there is no selling signal on houlry charts so we have to wait for it to develop. I hope i have answered ur question. If u were looking for some numbers on the nifty level, let me tell u this sort of a number game played by ( so called ) technical analysts is humbug. What matters is timing. When the next sell signal comes along i will sell. No matter who is buying and what the news is.

Hi All,
"the fruits of patince they say are sweet". I was reminded of this adage through the day today when i just sat in front of the screen doing nothing. Imean it i sat through 5.35 hours just gazing the screen. There was not a single sell signal which came along. i am still waiting to sell short. I got two signals both at 13.00 hurs yesterday in ongc and rcom and both fructified. I am waiting for others to start their move downwards. But in the meantime "wait" is what i am actively doing. All of u out there pls bear in mind that entering the market from the long side can be extrmeley hazardous to your financial health.happy trading

Hi All,
I was reading through the papers today and found myself agreeing with what they ahve written ( this is a rarity). The markets are bound to be very volatile or just keep running up. In either scenarios it would be prudent for small time traders to stay away from this market. If u live only then will u be able to tell the tale someday.

Hi All,
i write with the bulls in mind today. Tomorrow onwards i expect the prices to gradually keep rising till the 5th of feb. This gives you all investors a chance to escape. Todays fall came most sharply and unexpectedly. I for one took signals in three stocks ongc, reliance and wipro. Ongc has negated the sell signal which means that the next signal in ongc is urely going to be one which i will look out for. Reliance and wipro achieved their targets. But all this was on the short side. I think one needs to look at tatamotors if one is trading the long side tomorrow. I for one have decided to just let the signal go by. Happy trading.

Hi All,
Just like gandhijis three monkeys. I too have my own three monkeys in the market. They are sell, buy and keep mum. Today was the day of the thrid monkey. There was nothing that i could do today. I just sat through, actually i shut my terminal once the market fell in the second hour. I am waiting for it to complete the rise and then i will first want to sell. My decisions are based on my systems and hence i wont be taking any part in the rise. I will just sit and watch and let them make it strong for me to enter from the long side. I think a lot of energy will be wasted in getting it up and then maybe, just maybe people like me will come with renewed vigor and full of vitality from this forced rest to take it down from there.
